After signing a contract, we apply for financing HOA approvals and permits. We will conduct a pre-construction meeting and review all of the selections for your home with the project manager and builder.

When construction begins, we will make sure you receive updates on the progress of your home. We will request draws at certain time of the construction progress such as slab pour, framing and drywall. We will also have meetings to discuss the progress of the home and have a walk-through when we are in the framing, and drywall section.
